By using the Universal Clean app, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Universal Clean provides on-demand laundry pickup and delivery services based on the schedule selected by the customer.

Universal Clean is not responsible for items left inside garments.

Pickup and delivery times are based on availability. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payments can be made through the app or by cash on delivery. All prices shown include the service provided.

Orders may be canceled or rescheduled within the time limits shown in the app. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

Universal Clean is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear, manufacturer defects, or incorrect care labels.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and any activity under it.

Universal Clean reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of changes.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
